Meet Dr. Ariana Candaras, ND

Helping achieve sustainable, long-term health

Hello! I am a naturopathic doctor and mother of two. My passion is to be the first step, or aide, in helping you connect with your most natural self; eliminating or mitigating the obstacles of every day life. I provide anyone seeking treatment actionable steps in a plan which can lead to long-term success and resolution. What I wish for my patients is to regain balance and live as simply as possible.

I am a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). I am licensed by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Frequently Asked Questions

No. If you feel like Naturopathic services could benefit you, you can book an appointment any time.

Naturopathy is not covered by OHIP, as it is considered a Complimentary and Alternative Medicine, just like chiropractic or physiotherapy. If you have benefits, check them out to see if you have coverage.

After completing our initial assessment and first steps of a plan, we will meet for subsequent visits to track progress, make additional recommendations and revise your treatment plan as needed. Often, I meet with patients every 4-6 weeks, but this can vary depending on what we are working on, until your issue is resolved.

This is highly variable! Depending on how deep or chronic the condition, it can be as soon as a couple months (acute issues) to a year or more, with check-in’s a couple times a year to maintain.
